Trust us they're worth the try, besides, there's always room for pudding!

With over two decades of experience under his belt in some of London's Top Restaurants & Hotel Kitchens Dave shines with his traditional yet creative mains. With out a doubt you've heard him singing his tunes in the kitchen keeping the team in good spirits!

With previous experience in PR, Event Management & Make-up Phoebe's creativity is a driving force. From warm friendly welcomes to a planning special events, taking reservations & advise at the table, Phoebe is an influential long-term member of the team!
Olivia Jones
Senior Front Of House
Olivia is filling in during August whilst some permanent staff are on short leave.
Olivia has worked with us as a part time server for over four years, through A levels and now between her University studies. She is an accomplished young women, with an outstanding memory and work-ethic.
We have no doubt whilst she's only back for a short time, she will have a positive influence on your visit.
Support Staff
Whilst you'll see faces come and go, as our support staff are usually students making their way through school, we rely on their dedication as they often navigate their first jobs with us.
We're delighted introduce young staff to the responsibilities and joy that comes along with hospitality. Whether the focus is serving, kitchen hand, dishes, we wouldn't get through the day to day
without their hardwork!
Beth
Front Of House Waitress
Beth is navigating her A Level exams this year, you'll likely only see her on the floor serving alongside our restaurant manager on weekends.
Beth is an organised and dedicated memeber of our front of house team.
Joe
Kitchen Hand/Waiter
Whilst working hard towards his A Levels, Joe supports us on Weekends. You may not see him as often out front, as he mostly supports the kitchen team, we consider ourselves very lucky to have such a dedicated member of staff, no matter the task at hand Joe truly dives right in!
Lucy
Waitress
With previous experience in hospitality Lucy is the newest member of our team. You'll likely be greeted by her charming personality throughout the week at your visit. She has a passion for customer service and is enjoying learning more on the bar, with a keen interest in adding to her mixology repertoire.
Freddie
Kitchen Hand/Waiter
Freddie is working alongside our other supporting staff members, he's learning the ropes with order taking, menus and dabbling in learning bar work. He supports us most weekends across front of house and kitchen tasks.
